Guests ask. Your menu answers.

The AI Concierge reads your live menu and answers the questions your floor staff field all night: what is gluten free, what goes with this, what is actually in the sauce. It answers only from the dishes you have published, and you decide how it sounds.

What your guests get

  • Real dishes back, with your prices and photos, openable in AR on the spot
  • Allergen answers taken only from the allergens you have declared
  • Replies in the languages your menu is already published in

What you control

  • Its name and tone: warm, professional or playful
  • House notes it may quote: parking, kids, the story behind the room
  • Pairing level, the suggested questions, and who can open the chat at all

Every plan includes it: 150 guest messages a month on Starter, 750 on Pro, 2,500 on Ultra. Need more, add capacity without changing plan.

How it works

Capture. Scan. Wow.

From kitchen pass to AR preview in three steps, no extra hardware, no menu reprint every season.

01

Capture with your iPhone

Walk around the plate for a couple of minutes. TruePlate's photogrammetry turns the capture into a photoreal 3D model, no studio rig, no 3D artist.

02

Guests scan your QR

One code on the table or menu opens your AR menu in the browser. iPhone and Android, instantly: nothing to download, nothing to install.

03

The dish appears, true to size

Plates anchor to the table at exact scale, so guests order with their eyes. More confidence at the menu, fewer surprises at the pass.

Everything in the box

One platform, from first scan to paid order

Start with AR menus that sell the dish and an AI menu that answers for it. Grow into ordering, payments, and the analytics that tell you what to cook more of.

Photoreal AR menus

Every item becomes a 3D dish guests can spin, zoom, and drop on their table at true scale. USDZ on iPhone, GLB on Android: one link serves both, no app required.

The AI menuEvery plan

Guests ask about allergens, pairings and what is actually in a dish. It answers from your published menu only, in the languages you publish, and hands back real dishes at your prices that open in AR. You set its name, its tone, and the house notes it may quote.

Table orderingUltra

Guests scan, browse in AR, and order straight from a QR table session. Orders land on a live board your floor staff can actually run a shift on.

Pickup ordersUltra

Take prepaid pickup orders ahead of the rush, with timing your kitchen controls.

Menu analytics

See which dishes get viewed, dwelled on, and ordered, then put the winners up front.

Promotions

Schedule specials and feature dishes; promos surface right inside the AR menu.

Menu languages

Lock a language and every item name, description and section is translated into it. Two languages on Starter, five on Pro, ten on Ultra.

QR codes, on brand

Customize QR colors and frames to match the room, and still scan on the first try.

Nutrition AutopilotEvery plan

AI drafts calories and macros for every dish from the item data you already keep. Nothing reaches the menu until you approve it, item by item.

What guests asked

See the questions guests put to the menu, which dishes the chat put in front of them, and the things they asked for that you do not serve yet.

Your website, in 3DAdd-on

Keep the menu site you already run: one line of code embeds the same 3D dishes, AR and the AI menu into it.

Built for service Ultra

From “what’s that?” to paid order, without waving for a menu

Ultra turns the AR menu into your ordering layer: guests order from the table or ahead for pickup, pay online, and every ticket lands in the kitchen the second it’s placed.

Every table gets its own live session: guests join, browse in AR, and order together.

Pickup orders

Prepaid takeaway with prep-ahead timing the kitchen sets, not the other way round.

Online payments via Stripe

Cards, wallets, and tips settle straight to your Stripe account.

Order analytics + server seats

Live order boards for the floor team, and numbers you can plan a menu around.

Questions

Asked at every demo

No. TruePlate runs on web AR: scanning the QR opens the menu in the browser, and tapping a dish launches AR Quick Look on iPhone or Scene Viewer on Android. Desktop visitors get an interactive 3D viewer instead.

With the iPhone you already own. The TruePlate capture flow walks you around the plate for a couple of minutes, then photogrammetry turns those frames into a photoreal 3D model automatically, no studio, no scanner, no 3D artist.

Yes. Models are captured with real-world dimensions and anchor to the guest's table at true scale, so a 26 cm plate shows up as a 26 cm plate. That's the moment that sells the dish.

It is an assistant that sits on your menu and answers guest questions from your published dishes: what is vegetarian, what pairs with a dish, what is in a sauce, how spicy something is, what you have that is lighter. It replies with real dishes at your real prices, with your photos, and guests can open any of them in AR from the answer. It is included on every plan, with 150 guest messages a month on Starter, 750 on Pro and 2,500 on Ultra.

It does not invent. It answers only from the menu you have published and your house notes, and when something is outside that it says so instead of guessing. It cannot place an order or call a server on its own either: on Ultra it can propose a cart, a server call or the bill, but the guest has to tap to confirm before anything happens.

Only from the allergens you have declared on each dish. It does not infer an allergen from a dish name or a description, and it will not clear a dish you have left blank. Before you can switch the assistant on you confirm that your allergen data is accurate and maintained, and it tells guests to confirm with staff for a severe allergy.

Its name, its tone (warm, professional or playful), the house notes it may quote such as parking, kids or the story behind the room, how hard it suggests pairings, the questions it offers guests to start with, and whether it is open to everyone on your menu or only to guests seated at a table. You can also try it yourself from your dashboard before you turn it on.

It's fully self-serve. Create your account at trueplate.ai, confirm the verification email, and the onboarding wizard sets up your restaurant profile and branding in minutes. No sales call, no waiting for us to provision anything.

Everything in the plan you pick: Starter, Pro, or Ultra, with no charge until the trial ends. You can switch plans or cancel at any point during the trial.

On the Ultra plan, yes. Guests order from QR table sessions or place pickup orders ahead, pay online via Stripe, and tickets land in your kitchen instantly, with order analytics and dedicated server seats included.

Guests pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay / Google Pay) through Stripe, you can also offer cash or pay-at-table. You connect a Stripe Express payout account once, and order revenue is deposited straight to your bank by Stripe, minus card and platform fees.

That's geofencing. Before a guest can place a table order we do a one-time check that they're physically at your restaurant, within a radius you set. It keeps table orders genuine and stops people ordering to your kitchen from off-site. Pickup orders aren't geofenced.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in euro through Stripe after your free trial (yearly gets two months free). Update your card, download invoices, or cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal.

Yes, on every plan: two languages on Starter, five on Pro and ten on Ultra. Lock a language and every item name, description and section is translated into it, and guests see the menu in their device language when a translation exists. The AI Concierge answers in those same languages.

Yes. Every plan includes one restaurant, and you can add as many more as you need under the same account at 40% off your plan price (so €17.40/mo on Starter, €35.40 on Pro, €59.40 on Ultra). Each location gets your full plan features: its own menu, QR codes and analytics, plus manager seats so every venue runs itself.

Yes, and you should. With the Partner API add-on (€49/mo on any plan) you embed TruePlate's 3D viewer into your existing menu page with one line of code: guests get the same photoreal, true-size AR dishes without ever leaving your site. Dishes you capture in the app appear there automatically, and a REST API plus webhooks cover custom apps and deeper integrations.

Your data is stored encrypted on AWS in the EU, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe, they never touch our servers. By generating models through TruePlate you grant us a licence to use them; see our Privacy Policy and Terms for the full detail.

Show every dish. Answer every question.

Capture your first dish with the iPhone in your pocket, and switch on the AI menu the same afternoon. 14 days free on every plan, and nothing for your guests to install.
